A Ray of Grace:
Sound & Silence Inner Journey
Please come to A Ray of Grace, a 90-minute experience of preparing an inner personal space for receiving a generous ray of grace, or blessing. This is an opportunity for deep relaxation and to more fully hear your inner voice. Our time will include the playing of several flutes and percussion instruments while receiving no-touch energy balancing (attunement), as well as in-depth journaling in silence.

Elaine Paterson and Jasen McQuarrie, Certified Attunement Practitioners, will assist.
